All companies have their compensation plan on how they pay

13Why is it Mandatory you guys are giving people punishment after all we are all students?
1. Understand well that this is not an organization created by students, you are only seeing students attending to you most times because we are in student area
As we have students, we have indigenes
2. Also understand that each organizations have their own rules and regulations and because you are a student doesn’t mean you can do what is against the set rules and not get punished for it
3. Also understand that no organization can exist for long if they don’t have their own privacy policy
We have DOs and Don’ts in the organization in other to protect the organization image
If truly you believe in the 2 in 1 business opportunity and you want a quick turn around, then you will prioritize following the rules and regulations laid
Note: We don’t punish for hatred, we punish to correct

1. Late coming is not allowed, even if it would happen, you must have informed your training center leader earlier with valid reasons
2. Fighting is not allowed, we believe in you reporting to the leader available even if anyone does something bad to you
3. We believe in respect is reciprocal, therefore we don’t like anyone being disrespected and therefore comes with punishment
4. We believe in absolute and integrity, which means we don’t like habit of someone manipulating
And so on!
So please if you see anyone saying he or she is being punished, understand that no one will be punishment if they didn’t do something bad…
Advice: Always see positive side when you are being corrected for any wrongs you do, it really helps not in business alone, but in life generally.
